Hmmmm...haven't looked at this site or posted anything controversial in a while.
There is scientific precedent for the "ooze friends-ness" statement. Possible 2 issues at play here.
1st, women have much more sensitive smell receptors than men (especially on a subconscious level). They are naturally programmed to seek out males with greater genetic variances from their own genes in order to maximize the potential of producing offspring with greater genetic variance and thus possibly greater resistances/survivability. This also serves to limit inbreeding which greatly increases the chances of producing offspring with nonfavorable recessive genes/traits (i.e. flippers, 2-heads, george bush's, etc...) The scent of a male that has similar genes has generally been shown to produce a negative response to female smell receptors both conscious and subconscious. By pure luck you could just be hanging around a bunch of females with genetic make ups close to your own, thus not triggering a potential mate response. If this is the case, potential solutions include hanging around a different group of women (non-cantonese might increase chances of genetic diversity) or showering/old spicing more often (to erase/cover up that oh so "brother-like" stench).
2nd possible issue is also gene related as well as timing, but there's not much you can do about that. Scientific experiments under control conditions have shown that when women are in their "fertile cycles", they tend to actively seek out more "manly" characteristic males for mates. Bigger, more muscular, deeper voice, hairy, strong jaw, loud, more aggressive, brutish etc....basically what defines a "PIG" in today's PC media. When not during "fertile period" or when they already have children, women tend to seek out males with more "feminine" and stable characteristics like sensitivity, a soft almost feminine face, fine friendly temperament, empathetic personality, stable job/MONEY, etc...basically what defines GAY or a "SNAG" - Sensitive New-Age Guy. So either you are a PIG or a SNAG, chances are you will attract different women at different times and you can't really change your PIG/SNAG-ness that much. If you are in between PIG/SNAG, you may end up being labled mediocre during both time periods at which you are screwed either way.
Since you may describe yourself as a nice guy, chances are you lean toward SNAG.
Whether you decide to take any of this info into consideration is up to you. It may or may not help you. Hell, I could just be bored and made all this crap up just to mess with your head. ENJOY! MWUUUUH-HAHAHAHA!!!
